Our romantic escape had two great features. the spacious room was much larger than we expected and very comfortable. We also loved that the staff was friendly, and they tried their best to fix any issues that we encountered during our stay. the hotel was located close to some interesting places that we enjoyed exploring, which added to the charm of our trip.
the noise from the surrounding area was quite bothersome and we found it hard to sleep at night.

The accommodation has potential as the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, but refurbishment is ongoing. The location is interesting, but noisy with a bad road out front. the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast on the rooftop terrace was enjoyable. monkeys can be bothersome. Some rooms had good views and there were attempts to rectify maintenance issues, such as wires poking out of the plug hole.
The noise from the area is a problem, especially at night.

We spent New Year's at this gorgeous hotel with amazing architecture and very comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and made an effort to assist us, trying hard to make things right despite the language barrier. The breakfast was good and the coffee? It was even better! We also loved that the hotel is situated in a key location with access to many other attractions, making it easy to get around.
There were a few issues that detracted from our stay. the hotel is located on a noisy road which did disturb our sleep.

We stayed at a beautiful hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Best aspects were cleanliness, hotel facilities, location and staff. Breakfast on the roof terrace provided great views.
